Action Items
  • Missing Finals: Please remind all students to ask their parents to complete a Request to be Absent if they will be missing any day or part of a day of finals. I have emailed all students who I know will be absent and created a schedule for them. A few who can, will take their finals early on Thursday, during the 6th grade Spanish Final, the rest will on Wednesday, Jan 22. You can see these under the tab Makeup Finals in Adapted Schedules.

    • Advisor Narratives due Friday, Jan 31 by 8am
    • Reports released to families Friday, Feb 7 by 3pm
  • Outside Space: The field and black top area by the new gym are now safe for us to use. However, because of the predicted bad weather next week, we will not open this use for MS until further notice. This area will need to be supervised, so Shelli will be reaching out about how this will occur.
  • Clubs: Clubs have now ended and Shelli will be sending out information about new club choices this coming week. If you have an idea for a club, please let Shelli know.

Changes to the Week Ahead, Updates, & Reminders
  • Snow Day on Finals? If a snow day occurs on a final, we will reschedule for the following Thursday and/or Friday. There may also be a late start next week due to the predicted bad weather. Please see the timings for the schedule of regular periods. Finals will continue even with a late start. In the event of any changes, I will email everyone with schedules and details.
