 ACTION ITEMS

• We are going to switch the 6th and 8th GLTM this week since Will will be gone on Tuesday and since 8th Grade is doing scenarios work on Tuesday during Advisory. 8th Grade will meet on Tuesday; 6th Grade will meet on Thursday.

• On Thursday, March 2, please ask each of your advisees what they want to do for Wednesday Period 6 Flex  - a new season of options starts the week of March 6. Please record their choices using this spreadsheet. Each grade has its own tab, and you'll use the drop-down menu provided to select each student's choice. Students who have signed up for a sport that practices on Wednesday P6 will already be pre-filled.

• Review the Special Schedules for March 14 (all MS to Pantages Theater production) and March 17 (short preview of the MS production). These are still A and B days, but shorter periods. 

• REFLECTION TEMPLATES: These have now been updated to include the Sunshine for other's question at the end. Please use these moving forward and if any Sunshine is shared, please send along to Clare.

Monday, Feb 27

• Kids at SDLR Conference with Will: Ireland, Kaydee B, Josh M, Ian W, Griffin, and Guneet - will be in P1 and P2 only 
• MS Gathering in the Great Hall
• MSG Basketball vs Charles Wright in the New Gym at 3:30. JV suiting up for Varsity, so all have early dismissal at 2:45
• All School Chapel  with Grade 7 to Dining Hall
• All Grades should go directly to the Dining Hall for a 2:30 start of our House Social – same location as last time!
• Please do not send students to the Dining Hall before 2:25 as we will be setting up the space.
• Once they enter, students will immediately find the table with their family number on it.
• We will start with an announcement of what the plan is for the social.
• Each family will work on their Where’s Annie? map and write a letter of love to Tacoma Rescue Mission community members.
• Supply request from faculty: We are in need of markers and crayons! Please bring your extra supplies to the Dining Hall with your students.
