• NOMINATIONS: Please complete this Google Form before Monday at 4:00 pm.

• ADVISOR NARRATIVES: Please start to reflect and draft your advisor narrative. Here are the results from the student surveys that should help you write them. More directions will be given during the MS Faculty Meeting this week. 

• SUPPLY LIST 2023-24: Please take a look at this list from last year and edit if needed. Ideally, we will be sending this out later this quarter before the school year ends. 

• END-OF-YEAR SUMMATIVE CALENDAR: Please review this and add any new summatives you have to this document. This will help us ensure that our kiddos don't get too overwhelmed as we head into the home stretch!

• FACULTY END-OF-YEAR CHECKLIST: For those of you really thinking about the end of the year, here is the checklist of all the items needed before you jet off for the summer! Included are order forms for next year's supplies, room maintenance, and a quick reflection that will help me with planning for next year.

  • Please do not send students to the field before 2:25 as we will be setting up the space.
  • When students arrive, they will find their families and await instructions
  • This field day-style social will be a time for families to connect with one another through field games of other activities
  • ADULT REQUEST: if you are willing to lead a game or activity to make this extra engaging for our house families, please use this document to let us know what activity you'll lead and if you need any supplies from us!
