• HATCH Week Items: 
• HATCH Week Logistics- A one-stop-shop for: Daily Attendance, Locations, Field Trips, Chaperones, Scoring, etc.
• HATCH Unit Overviews- Master schedule for the week, Unit sequence, and notes from teachers

• Common Ground Survey: Starting in the new year, these will now be OPTIONAL for students and occur during Wednesday lunch. We hope that each group will meet twice over a 7-week rotation. We need facilitators for these short lunch meetings, so please complete this survey which asks which areas you might be willing to help with. 

• The big move: A reminder that Mark and his team will move any boxes in your current rooms over winter break. Please label your boxes with your name so we get them to the correct places while you are all gone. 

• Schedules for 2024: I have provisionally crafted the schedule for the following days, so it would be great if you could take a look and review it. They can be found in the MS Special Schedule doc.
• Tuesday, Jan 2: In-service Day 
• Wednesday, Jan 3: Move In Day 
• Thursday, Jan 4: First Day Back A & B Day (only Core periods and Thursday's reg P3 Flex). 

• Coffee: Please let me know your coffee/drink order here. Ideally, we will order and get delivery on Thursday, so please have your order in before you leave on Wednesday. Thank you!

• Duties Next Week: All morning duties remain the same. We have coverage for lunch duties if you are off campus (please check the HATCH Week Logistics). However individual groups should supervise their own breaks in the AM and PM.
