• Common Ground Survey: A big thanks to Vicki (who attended an Affinity Group training this summer) and all those who have attended the Advisory Tuesday meetings. We have spent many weeks making some changes to our Common Ground that will start on the first Wednesday of Q3. You will see that we have reduced the number of offerings, and we will also introduce themes to each meeting to guide initial conversations. We also hope to have student co-faciliators for each group. Please complete the Common Ground survey linked above by the end of Tuesday, Jan 13. On Wednesday, during the faculty meeting, we will review the changes we are making with you all in greater detail and undertake some basic Common Ground facilitator training. 

• Formative or Summative during clubs? If you want to keep a student during clubs on a Friday, PLEASE let MS Attendance know so that we know who is where. We keep losing kiddos!

• Check-in advisory calls: If you are an advisor, please review this document regarding the advisory end-of-semester calls, which should start the week of Jan 20 and be completed by EOD on the last day of the semester - Friday, Jan 23. We will review this at the next faculty meeting, and this will be an Action Item next week.
