Happy May Day, one and all!
ACTION ITEMS
- Course Reflections: It's the last week for Course Reflections! If you need more time, please let me know.
- i-Ready Proctoring: Please check that you are not double-booked on the schedule. This will occur next week.
- Faculty End of Year Checklist 2026: This is the to-do list to complete before you head out for the summer. Feel free to start the bits you can whenever you have time. It will appear in the Blog until the end of the year, and time will be put aside during in-service to complete this list, too.
- CP Presentations: CP Presentations will take place during Office Hours on Thursday, May 28. Please review your location for the day on this spreadsheet—you should be in the same location as your mentor group and (for 6th and 7th grade advisors) as your advisory. Presentations for each room should run in the order set out on this sheet. Students will be in charge of connecting a laptop to the projector for their presentations. We will also provide a sheet of possible CP questions that audience members can ask. Dimpy and Kelly will hand out paper copies of your scoring materials at the faculty meeting on the 27th. Spot any issues? Let Dimpy or Kelly know.
FYI
- i-Ready Reading and Spanish Support ended last week. Students should rejoin advisory and the All-School Chapel. Math will end this week.
- Deadlines: As last year, the Flash this week states that the last Missing Assignment email will go out on May 29. The last day to submit any missing work is Friday, June 5. Thank you!
- IAP Student Survey: This went out to students this week and is linked in myAW. If you have a student in your advisory with an IAP, please ask them to confirm they have completed it.
