• Action Items
• Please reach out to your advisory parents and introduce yourself by Friday, September 7. 
• Starting this Tuesday: Please use the Advisory Slides during advisory. 
• Orientation Feedback Form: This will be sent on Tuesday via a Google Form for you all to give your feedback and suggestions on the recent trip. We will use this to debrief and plan next year. 
• Grade 6 teachers: students will not be taking their laptops home until Thursday. Please ensure that all homework can be done without access to the laptop this week. Tech orientation will occur in the following classes: Design, Flex, and LL.
• All faculty: Please check the duties schedule. 
• Ten Essentials: Posters are not ready yet. As soon as Communications has worked their magic, I will pass them along.
• Back To School Night: A rough draft of the schedule for the evening of Thursday, September 13 will be sent via email this week for your feedback. 
• Clubs will start on September 21. Flex will occur on the 7th and 14th instead. Please let your advisory know.

• For your Information:
• SchoolPass requires that any MS Student getting picked up by a parent is 'released' on the app by the MS department between 3:10-3:20pm. I will be doing this on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. Bill Hulseman will do it on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• A massive thanks goes to Shelli for her hard work and excellent organization of Orientation. This was not an easy feet to coordinated many moving parts. To everyone and your families, thank you for spending such quality time with our MS kids this week. I know the logistics of leaving families and planning activities such as this the second day of school is not easy. The investment we make now in establishing community and connections will pay off! You are all amazing!
