Also, I regret that I did not get a faculty photo of folks in their new t-shirts. I hope everyone will be willing to dress in them again for our first Civvies Day so we can get a photo of the team. Cheers!
ACTION ITEMS
- HABITS: We took your feedback and looked again at how we might monitor the progress of our MS students in certain key habits. HERE is the revised list with descriptors and scale for you to reflect on. Please take a moment to look at it and add comments. We will review this for the first part of the next MS Faculty Meeting. Your input is essential as we need to roll this out ASAP to kids and then families.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION IN MYAW: If you would like your address and phone number removed from the family/student view in myAW, please submit a ticket to the Tech Department asking them to do so. The ticket helpdesk can be found on the Resource Page. Reach out to Ruth or me if you need help with this.
- PHOTOS FROM ORIENTATION: Please add any you may have taken to the Vidigami Orientation folder in the MS Shared Drive. Ruth will kindly upload those to Vidigami at the end of the week for us.
- RECORDING OF CLASSES: Please begin recording your classes in Teams starting on Tuesday. If you need help with this, please reach out to the Tech Department, Ruth, or me. All students should have been automatically enrolled in the classes for you.
- REVIEW ATTENDANCE VIDEO: Look for this in your email before 7:30 am on Tuesday.
- ADVISORY WELCOME EMAIL: Please reach out to your advisees' family this coming week to introduce yourself. The GLTL should be sending you a rough template for you to use. Ruth has now completed the GLTM docs. Please add any notes or information you receive from any response that we should know to these docs.
