Hey team, we are heading into the final push! Thank you for all you have done and will do in the final week and two days. 

ACTION ITEMS

• SPECIAL SCHEDULES GALOR!: We have made multiple changes to our regular schedule this week. Please review the MS Special Schedule doc for these schedules. 

• SUMMATIVE SCORES: Any final grade you would like to have as part of the summative spreadsheet needs to be in myAW by Wednesday at 8:00 am. Ruth will then run the report and send you a link to this data in the early afternoon. You can still add grades to myAW after this time, but you will need to manually look at these when deciding on your final criterion score for each student. 

• NARRATIVES & CRITERION SCORES: The narratives will be proofread this week and will be ready for you to enter into Toddle on Friday. After the Closing Ceremony, Bri will lead a session in room 2432 to walk everyone through this process and to review how to add your criterion scores into Toddle. This will occur at 1:00 pm. All faculty should attend to complete these during the meeting. If you want to add your scores BEFORE this day and time, here is a video for you to review with instructions. 

• DIRECTIONS and RECORDING SHEET FOR FIELD DAY GAMES. Please review these directions for Wednesday's afternoon activities. 

• ADVISORY CURRICULUM: If you are interested in helping create the curriculum for Semester 1 next year, please let me know ASAP. The dates for the three meetings are as follows: 
• Monday, June 24
• Monday, July 22 (subject to change, depending on the group)
• Thursday, August 15

• SUNSHINE NOTES: Another reminder of the expectation that every student you teach should get one Sunshine Note each semester. If you are not sure how many you have given and still need to write, here is the Sunshine Tracker where you can see!

• This is a half day for students but a normal day for faculty. Please note that there is a meeting for all Advisors at 1:00 pm to enter narratives in Toddle. We'd love to meet you at the Parkway at 3:30!
