•  NOMINATIONS FOR END-OF-YEAR AWARDS: Please complete this short survey regarding the students you would like to nominate for the 4 Grade 8 awards. Please complete by Tuesday at 4pm. Anyone can nominate a student. 

• ADVISORY NARRATIVES: A reminder to review the document MS Semester 2 Report Timeline & Guidelines 2024 for more details about the content needed for your advisee reports. This was also shared at the MS Faculty Meeting last Wednesday if you want to review these slides here. Our GLTM this week will focus on collecting any information you need to write these. 

• SUNSHINE NOTES: Another reminder of the expectation that every student you teach should get one Sunshine Note each semester. If you are not sure how many you have given and still need to write, here is the Sunshine Tracker where you can see!

• The final Yellow House Social of the year next Monday, May 20. We will be having fun and playing games together on James Memorial Field and in the Bessler (New) Gym.

  • and any other quick games we/you can devise. 

  All families (#1-30) will meet in the Bessler Gym  at 2:30. Here the kids will find their families and be given instructions. Please be sure to read below to find your designated activity center. If you want to trade with another supervisor, go ahead. If you have any wonderful activity ideas, shout out!
