ACTION ITEMS

•  Quarter 4 Planners: If you have a Period 1 Class on A Days, Shelli has dropped off the Q4 planner pages in your classrooms for the first day of Quarter 4. After you have gone through the AM slides and taken attendance on our first day back, please distribute the planner pages to your students and ask them to ADD these to their planners. Note the questions on the first page are just ridiculous and optional – we just needed something to go on Page 1 so that Page 2 (the first day of Q4) fit correctly in their planners. If students come late to P1, please remember to give them their planner pages as well. Thank you!

• Update GLTM with Conference Notes: If you haven't yet, please add any notes to the GLTM doc in the last column for Q3, including any notes that you think the rest of the MS team should know about. Thank you for doing this before the GLTM the first week back. 

• Summer Work Requests Sheet: Yes, we still have a quarter to go, but Mark and Judy are keen to know what we might be asking for regarding maintenance room requests. Is there a spot in your room that needs the paint touching up? Is there a door handle that is stuck? Is there a desk with a wobbly leg? Now is the time to add this to the Summer Work Request Sheet so that Mark and his team can get a head start on these bits and bobs! (Lindsey and Heidi, there is nothing you need to add as we have a special doc for Art & Design!). 

• Course Reflections: If you are a planner and know when you would like to administer the final course reflections for the year (May 12 to May 30), please add them to the Course Reflection Dates, Semester 2 doc. Also, please note that several days have special schedules, and we have Monday, May 19, off.

• Journey Rotations: A reminder that you should be hearing from Dan, Kyle, and Will about the rotations starting on Tuesday, April 8. They will let you know which advisory you will be with and what you will be leading. Thank you for your help in preparing our kiddos for these experiences. 

• Common Ground: The final series of rotations starts this coming week. The schedule for Quarter 4 can be found here. 

• Shadowing Ray: This is just an FYI that Andrea will be shadowing Ray on Wednesday and Thursday of this week to observe his growth and challenges. 

• Heidi's Birthday: Monday, March 31 - Happiest of birthdays to you, Heidi!
