Changes to the Week Ahead, Updates, & Reminders
- NWAIS Self-Study is postponed a year. More information to come when we know more.
- Survey to parents: Thanks for your suggestions during the faculty meeting. If anyone has additional ideas, please let Shelli or I know. This will be sent to our community in the Friday Flash.
- MS Faculty Meeting Slides: The slides have been added to the Team Drive in case you need to review them.
- Checking in on our families: Starting this week, Shelli, Andrea, and I will be calling families to check-in. Andrea will connect with all the IAP students, Shelli with 6th, Clare with 8th, and a mix in 7th grade. Advisors, this does not replace your communication as necessary, rather this is an additional supplement.

Updates from Sandra Bush
Hello all! Week 2 of virtual learning is in the bag. We've got this. (Or not, but that's ok, too!).
A quick note for you all today:
- Community Connections:
- Cooking and Baking: I've heard of so many great recipes and folks spending time in the kitchen, how about an AWS cookbook? If you are so inclined, share a recipe (or two, or three) here and we'll have a lovely collection of recipes to come back to when the cooking/baking itch strikes!
- Health/Sanity-Saving Activities: Have a family/individual physical-distancing activity that's working particularly well for you? Read an article recently you think would be worth sharing with others? I would love to hear from you and perhaps share it with others who might be searching for things to do/read! Send me your thoughts here.

Kudos / Funny Stuff / Anything other than work...
- A big thanks to Andrea and Devon who have been challenged with leading the battle to get our students who are struggling with this new online structure in a better place. Along with regular teachers, Andrea and Devon are identifying those that are in need of additional help and support and being proactive, reaching out as needed. This will be a long road ahead for many of our students.
The Month Ahead

- Friday, April 17 - Pick-A-Time goes live
