 ACTION ITEMS

•  Student Support Plan - Jan Low Data (Math & LL): Please review this document (especially tab "Support Schedule") so you are aware of the support that starts this coming week. We will confirm which students will receive this on this doc by Tuesday am.

FYI

• Common Ground: A few reminders as for many groups are heading into meeting #2. 
• To help students remember when a group occurs, students will be sent a Google Form sent after this week's Gathering that will be optional to complete if they would like an email reminder the day before a group meets. 
• With this in mind, please do not specifically remind or ask students to attend your Common Ground group. We should not make assumptions about how someone identifies, or even if you are certain they do, that they want to attend. 
• Cookies are provided in the MS Office for each group. If you wish to delve deeper into an element that is connected to the Common Ground group that may involve food and students bringing in snacks to share, please connect first with Shelli or me. 
• We will post a master calendar of the meeting dates in the MS Lounge as a reminder. 
• During Gathering, the facilitators of each group that week will be asked to stand up, introduce themselves, and state where their group is meeting. 
• At lunch on Wednesday, Shelli, Kyle, Malik, or I, (whomever is on duty), will facilitate the left-hand hot lunch lines for those attending Common Ground so they get quicker to your group. This will require a student to state they need this line to whomever is supervising, but they do not need to state the particular one. 

• Math Profiles: These will be posted in myAW this week and it will be stated in the Flash where and how to find them. A memo will be attached for families to read about placement in math and how decisions are made. Any questions? Please reach out to Gretchen.
