• Conference Prep Bits & Bobs:  
• No conference booked for an advisee? Please reach out one more time and then add a note to the GLTM if you do not hear back.
• Q1 Conference Prep & Reflection Form Template is linked with all the active links to other docs you might need: 
• Tardies this quarter
• IAP Snapshot 
• Who is in Spanish, iReady Reading, or iReady Math support
• Please place 3 chairs outside your room on Conference Day so families can wait for their conference time. 
• After the conference, please add a note to the GLTM doc about anything we should all be aware of. 
• Please contact Shelli, Andrea, or me if you have any concerns. We can be part of the meeting or check in with you during the conference as needed. 

• Review Quarter 2 Schedule: Please take a minute to review this and note the A/B rotation days. This is linked on the regular MS Schedule 24-25 sheet. 

• Bookings with me Changes (Here are the directions on the MS Chats Booking Page Doc)
• Please change your opening note to say: “Please state the best phone number to reach you on and the topic you would like to discuss in the notes field. Thank you.”
• Change your date range to START on November 4.
• It is unclear why some folks have the option to add this to your email or note. Please remove it, or see Ruth if you need more help.

FYI

• Subs: Congratulations to Mara, who will start as the Grade 4 Teaching Assistant next week! While this is wonderful for her, it leaves us in a pickle for a last-minute and reliable sub. We have a couple of subs that are getting used to our community, but this may be a transition period. If you are out, please ensure your sub plans are thorough so new folks can pick up on things and clearly understand what they need to do. Please remember that the sub will NOT have access to a laptop. 

• Journey Registration: Closes November 1. If you are a chaperon, you should have received a link, too. 

• Play Special Schedule: Don't forget that when we have the chance to watch a preview of the play, we need to change the schedule. You can find this on the MS Special Schedule 24-25 sheet. 

• Play Schedule: Friday & Saturday nights at 7pm. Sunday at 2pm. Attending would mean a lot to the MS kiddos performing and working on this production if you can attend. 

• AWS MS Approach to the Election 2024: Here is an overview of what is happening in IS and advisory. Feel free to reflect on this if a family asks. 

TODDLE TIPS & TRICKS

• Please fill out both the range score and best fit score for any assignments with an MYP Rubrics. This helps the rubric to look complete from both a student and family perspective.
• Heads up that if post an assignment without an assessment tool attached (i.e. score, rubric, comment, etc.), it won't show up in your gradebook. If you're finding that an assignment isn't showing up in your gradebook, this the reason why!
• As always, if you have any questions, please add them to the Toddle Questions Form.
