 ACTION ITEMS

• Faculty Absence: Please review the Faculty Absence folder and the new template document for this year (please disregard one if you have it from last year). Once you have made a copy and filled it in, please add it to the correct month folder in the Faculty Absence folder. These might seem like small things, but they are super helpful, especially for a last-minute absence. Thank you!

• Emergency Drill: Please review the emergency procedures, as we have our first drill this Friday. 

• Monthly Advisory Check-In: For Advisory next week, please make a COPY of the Monthly Advisory Check-In sheet and save it to your own drive. You can delete the tabs for grades for which you do not have an advisory.

• Grade 8 Advisors: Please remind your kiddos to complete the Yearbook survey about most likely to. Kaelynn Zaunter sent an email reminder to the class early this morning. Please also encourage them to be positive in their answers!

• Photo Day: Don't forget to look your best at the following times: 
• Grade 6 1:05 - 1:20 pm
• Grade 7 1:20 - 1:35 pm
• Grade 8 1:35 - 1:50 pm 
• General Faculty and Staff 12:05 - 12:15 pm

• Monday All School Chapel: This event may take place on the front lawn or in the chapel, depending on the weather, to welcome the Mayor of Pyeongtaek. Please ensure that everyone is in the location no later than 2:30 pm. I will confirm by 10 am where we will be.

• Cate Carr: Is shadowing in the US on Monday. 

• Service Schedule: A big thank you to Dimpy and Kelly for putting together this document that reviews who is on and off campus when for Service. This will be in the USEFUL LINKS moving forward. Off-campus service starts this week. 

• I-Ready Results: Although they should have been posted in myAW on Friday, a step was missed. Should be ASAP today if folks are asking.
