- i-Ready Testing: A reminder to check the MS Schedule for where you will be needed on Wednesday and Thursday. A few extra things:
- Please loop in MS Attendance with attendance for those of you doing one-on-one support.
- We have added some extra support at the break times for i-Ready. Please check the i-Ready schedule for these.
- For those who have NOT finished their i-Ready during the two morning Core periods, during advisory, they will go to the Great Hall. Separate testing kiddos we willl let know their location. Again, for those not finished, during OH, they should go to the Great Hall too
- AI Overview FINAL DRAFT AWMS Levels of AI use. Take a look, as we will discuss this next week at the MS faculty meeting.
- Summer Work Updates 25-26: Here are the updates on who has submitted what or not!
- Coaching Observation Meeting: Please remember to schedule a 30-minute chat with Kelly before the end of September.
- Advisory Calls: Please call and introduce yourself to each family (two calls may need to be made if two households). Here are the directions and information to mention. Thank you.
- Annies verse Gators in the US: This activity means the US is all over the building after hours. Please lock your offices and classrooms before you leave to ensure students aren't hiding in your spaces on Friday evening.

- i-Ready and Spanish Support: All start next week, and families and students should be informed on Friday, September 12, if they are participating in this.
- Google Lens Homework Help: Earlier this week, Kelly discovered a Google Lens tool HOMEWORK HELP tool that has started to be highlighted in Google Chrome any time a person is on an education site (like Canva or Toddle). Here is what it looks like (see upper right):
If a student clicks on Homework Help and takes a picture of their assignment, then AI is employed to give them the answers to the work. SO FRUSTRATING!
Erik thinks he has deployed a fix, but for that to be successful, we are going to need all students to restart their laptops when they get on campus Monday AM. Shelli will have a reminder on the AM slides to prompt P1 teachers to have their students do that.
