- Best Fit Criterion Scores in Toddle by noon on Wednesday.
- Ticket To Thrive: This is a reminder that our whole team is expected to attend this final admissions event on Saturday, February 8. We will review this at the faculty meeting on Wednesday.
- FCD Presentations: You will see that Thursday afternoon has grade-level presentations from the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, which will provide alcohol, nicotine, and other drug education to each grade. Please read this document that Vicki created about the event so all faculty know what they are doing and what to expect.

- Lip Sync & Scholar Search: These two events are happening this Friday after school ends, for those Grade 8 considering the US. If they are attending, they can be in civvies all day.
- Learning Support Interviews: We have two candidates coming in this week. Thank you in advance to all those involved in the process. Having as many of you meet and chat with Marcella and Charlotte as possible would be great. So, please stop by the usual faculty table and chat away during lunch!

TODDLE TIPS & TRICKS
Progress reports are now available for you to enter your Criterion Scores. These are due by the end of the day on Wednesday, February 5th.
A few reminders:
- Here are the slides from the faculty meeting with instructions for how to input these scores.
- When you open a report for a student, you'll have the option to add your name at the top as a teacher for that student. Clicking on this will o You'll see that you can apply this to all sections that you teach in one go.
- If you are adding a comment (the student received 1:1 support, incomplete summatives, etc.) those should be placed in the teacher comment box at the bottom of the page, NOT in the individual criterion comment boxes.
- Please make sure to check the box beside your subject when you are done with a student's scores. This doesn't lock you out—it just helps us to track completion for each student.
