ACTION ITEMS
- Habit Scores: Next week, the GLTMs are cancelled to allow you to focus on inputting your Habit scores. You can find the associated sheets in the Shared Drive - Faculty - Progress Reports - Habits 25-26. Please enter a 1-3 for any of the habits that you have used in your classes. Please also complete these for each subject you teach and for Advisory.
- Q1 MS Conference Booking Directions for Advisors 25-26: Please follow the directions in this document by October 10 to:
- Select your conference times in Outlook/Teams calendar
- Email advisory families using the template that includes the link to sign up for the conference.
- Advisor Emails:
- Please note in the associated column of the GLTM sheets when you have sent your check in email from last week.
- Gradebook: As we head into the next few weeks, when students and families will be actively reviewing Toddle, it is crucial that the information is up-to-date and accurate. Please remove the zeros if the assignment is handed in, and ensure the due dates are correct. Thank you!
- Summative Reminders: We started this last year, and I hope this will continue. After a summative assessment is graded and posted in Toddle, please send a brief, generic email to your student’s parents or guardians at home. The email should:
Explain what students were asked to do
Explain what skills were assessed
Request that parents review and discuss the summative with their student
Offer 1-2 questions that parents can ask during that conversation
- MS GATHERING: For Vicki’s THE MORE YOU KNOW lesson in MS Gathering on Monday – one in which kids practice accepting compliments - it will be important for all teachers to spread out amongst the students (with targeted placement near students we are worried about) and participate in the activity. This has a much higher chance of going well if kids are aware of the presence of teachers who are listening to their interactions.

- Shelli Out: Shelli will be out all this week, and Trilby will be in on Monday through Wednesday to support with duties and other teaching assignments. If you have students who are disruptive and you would typically send them to her, please send them to the MS Office and text Ruth and Clare.
